PAYMENT-PROCESSING PROTECTION
Address the debt. Protect access to your revenue.
Negotiating MCA debt is only part of the picture. Your business still needs access to it's revenue to cover payroll, suppliers, and everyday expenses. Our program addresses that operational risk alongside settlement.

Eligibility and program conditions apply. This program does not prevent every type of hold, court order, or collection action.
Why your processing funds may be at risk
An MCA funding agreement generally includes a security interest in your business assets, including accounts receivable, recorded through a UCC-1 filing. If payments fall behind, a lender’s collection notice to your payment processor will often trigger a hold on payouts—even while customers continue paying you.
Protection through pre-negotiated relationships
Our pre-negotiated processing relationships give our clients access to our exclusive processor network who will not hold card-processing because of a lender’s UCC notice while the business remains actively engaged in the participating settlement program.
Plan for business continuity
We review your current payment setup, explain eligibility and program conditions, and help coordinate a processing transition where appropriate. Protected processing requires specialized relationships arranged in advance; it is not something every settlement advisor can provide.
