A clear process for evaluating your MCA options.
A different payment schedule should support your business beyond the next withdrawal. We review your current obligations, compare available financing structures, and help you understand the proposed terms before you decide.
1
Review your current obligations
We review your MCA balances, payment schedules, business revenue, and cash flow. Together, we identify what is creating pressure and what a new arrangement would need to accomplish.
2
Compare available financing options
Through our lending relationships, we explore consolidation, refinancing, and reverse MCA structures where available. We compare payment amounts, funding schedules, fees, repayment periods, and total costs—not just the initial payment relief.
3
Coordinate your
next steps
If you choose to proceed, we help coordinate documentation and communication with the financing provider. Before funding, we help you clarify which obligations will be paid off, which remain active, and when new payments begin.
Know what changes—and what remains. A new financing arrangement should clearly explain your existing obligations, new payments, and total expected cost.

UNDERSTAND YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS
Three approaches to easing MCA payment pressure.
Consolidation, refinancing, and reverse MCAs work differently. Understanding where the funds go—and which obligations remain—helps you evaluate the right approach for your business.

Consolidation—combine eligible balances
A payoff consolidation uses new financing to pay off multiple eligible MCA balances, replacing the included obligations with a new arrangement. We help you evaluate the payoff amounts, payment schedule, and total financing cost.
Refinancing—replace existing terms
Refinancing replaces one or more eligible obligations with new financing on different terms. It may change your payment amount, frequency, or repayment period. We help you compare the proposed structure with your current obligations to understand the practical benefit and cost.
Reverse MCA—offset existing withdrawals
Also called reverse consolidation, this approach provides scheduled funding to help cover existing MCA payments. Your original advances remain active and continue withdrawing payments while you also pay the new provider. The intended benefit is a lower net cash outflow during the funding period, with additional financing costs and obligations to evaluate.
Options depend on eligibility and available terms. Lower periodic payments do not necessarily mean a lower total cost. Reverse MCA funding does not settle or immediately pay off your existing advances.
